- Due to the nature of the flap structure, natural wrinkles may occur in the fold depending on use, which is a normal change from material to use and does not correspond to defect.
- Due to the natural characteristics of this leather, strong pressure may cause temporary wrinkles or marks to appear. Additionally, as it is uncoated, it is vulnerable to external friction, staining, and color transfer, requiring extra care and attention during use and maintenance.
- Please be careful when using alcohol-based products (such as hand sanitizers and perfumes) or oily cosmetics (such as sunscreens, hand creams, lip balms, and lipsticks). We highly recommend testing them beforehand and ensuring your skin or hands are completely dry before wearing or using the product.
- Bags with magnetic locks should not come into contact with magnetic prints such as credit cards or bank books.
- The edge coat may be transformed by friction, moisture, or external environmental factors, so please take care when using the product.
- There is no problem with daily waterproofing, but if you are caught in heavy rain or wet, quickly press down with a soft cloth to remove moisture, dry it in the shade, and wipe it with leather-only essence or wax. If you leave it unattended without wiping it properly, it may cause discoloration or deformation of the leather.
- Leather products should not be washed, and if the leather is contaminated or stained, do not try to solve it at home, but please go to the nearby leather cleaning center and ask.
- Please note that the leather surface or dye may peel off due to long-term neglect in a warm place or instantaneous hot heat and strong friction.
- If the shape is left collapsed or stored when storing, the product may be deformed, so shape it with an internal buffer, maintain a light weight, and be careful not to apply pressure for a long time.
- Please handle with care, as repairs for ballpoint pen marks, dents, or other direct contamination of the leather may be difficult.
- The chamude fabric used for the lining is not coated, so the color transfer may occur if it prolonged contact with personal belongings made of PVC, silicone, or special materials.
- As chamude is sensitive to water, please be careful not to leave it without properly removing moisture, as it may become rough and lose its shape. Stains may also remain when exposed to water, so please remove moisture immediately by gently dabbing with a dry cloth.
