- Please store the item hanging rather than lying flat, as lying flat can leave marks. Ensure ample space at the front and back to prevent the fabric from being compressed.

- Due to the nature of the fabric, it is vulnerable to water. If it becomes wet, the surface pile may flatten. We recommend avoiding use on snowy or rainy days.

- The fabric may contain minor irregularities such as specks due to its characteristics, and slight creases may occur during the sewing process. Please note that these are not considered defects.

- The material is prone to deformation under high temperatures. Please avoid placing it on heated surfaces such as hot packs or electric blankets during winter, and refrain from washing or ironing with heat.

- For light dust or lint, use a dedicated brush to gently sweep in the direction of the velvet grain.

- Velvet fabric may become damaged and irreparable if washed at home. For regular maintenance, use a brush. For stain removal or cleaning, we recommend consulting a professional bag cleaning center and opting for dry cleaning.

- Please note that minor marks may occur during the dyeing process of the fabric, which is not considered a defect.

- It is challenging to repair pen marks, scratches, or direct stains, so please take care when using the item.

- Avoid exposure to moisture and direct sunlight during storage.
