Tip

- Please store the item by hanging it up, as laying it flat can easily create marks. Ensure there is ample space around it to prevent the fabric from being compressed.

- Due to the nature of the fabric, it is vulnerable to water. If it becomes wet, the surface pile may flatten. We recommend avoiding use on snowy or rainy days.

- Due to the nature of the material, there may be minor irregularities in the fabric, and slight wrinkles may occur during the sewing process; these are not defects.

- As the material is susceptible to deformation under high temperatures, please avoid using it on heated surfaces such as hot packs or electric blankets in winter, and refrain from heat-based washing or ironing.

- If light dust or lint accumulates, gently brush in the direction of the velvet’s grain using a dedicated brush.

- Velvet fabric may become damaged and irreparable if washed at home. For regular maintenance, use a brush. For stain removal or cleaning, we recommend consulting a professional bag cleaning center and opting for dry cleaning.

- Note that there may be slight marks from the dyeing process, which are not considered defects.

- The item is sensitive to pen marks, scratches, and various types of direct stains, so please handle it with care.

- Avoid exposure to moisture and direct sunlight when storing the item.

- The natural leather hand strap may peel or deform if repeatedly exposed to hand sweat, high humidity, oil-based products like hand cream or cosmetics, and alcohol-based products like hand sanitizer or perfume, so please take caution while using.

Please note that the phenomenon shown in the photo is a natural characteristic of the material and is not a defect. Due to the nature of velvet fabric, slight tone differences, scratches, minor spots, and pressure marks may occur based on the direction of the pile.
With the smooth type of leather, a lacquered coating may initially appear to peel slightly like threads, but this will stop after some wear. Please also note that the color may appear different under various lighting conditions, such as natural light, fluorescent light, or other types of illumination.
Once the plastic wrap on the strap is removed, exchanges and returns are not possible.
