minitmute's global website will be renewed and opened on 3/31 (Mon) at 12pm. (KST)
After the renewal, you can explore various minitmute’s products through our new website.
Please find the details of the changes below:
1. Website URL Change
- For orders placed before the renewal opening, you can inquire about the details of the order on the existing site (en.minitmute.com).
Purchases will no longer be available on the existing site after the renewal, so please order it on the new website.
- The current website will remain for about a month after the renewal opening and cannot be checked after that.
2. New membership registration
- Due to the renewal of the online store, non-membership orders will no longer be available. Customers who had accounts on existing sites can order only if they register a new account on the renewed website.
3. Newsletter Subscription
- You can receive various events and news from minitmute via e-mail by signing up for membership and subscribing to the newsletter through the pop-up.
4. Unused mileage
- If you have unused rewards from the existing site, please sign up for a new membership on the renewal site and leave an e-mail with your previous ID. We will issue a discount code equivalent to your remaining balance.
※ The discount code must be used within one month of issuance. It will automatically expire after completing the order one time and cannot be restored, so please use it carefully.
